Family Zoo Day

Queens Zoo Wildlife Conservation Society invites ALL PS 186 families to visit the Queens Zoo on June 17th, 2023!  This is a free event offered as a culmination to the CASA after-school program that Queens Zoo offered to the K-2 students during the year. 

Adults and children will have an opportunity to learn about animals and conservation in an exciting and engaging way by exploring the zoo together. Activities will include a self-lead scavenger hunt expedition to explore Queens Zoo animals from the Americas. Participants can enjoy sea lion demonstrations and will have the opportunity to interact with staff at conservation stations around the zoo. 

Planned activities will be offered for families between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM but families are welcome to stay the day at the zoo.
